IlyGirlhood is a group communication platform that enables users to chat, schedule events, and customize profiles.
You must register with a valid email and password. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You own the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it within the App.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for illegal purposes; (b) harass or harm others; (c) upload harmful code; (d) infringe intellectual property rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or inactivity, without notice. You may delete your account at any time.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of changes by updating the Effective Date.
